Cats Castle offers the highest standard of care for your cat(s). We specialize in offering the finest and most luxurious personalized care for each cat including, daily out time, nail trims, brushing, cuddle time, report cards and more.
Park and Fly
Cats Castle is conveniently located 30 minutes from the Toronto International Airport, we offer free parking at our facility for humans traveling after they drop off their cat(s).
Complimentary daily catnip sprinkle in suite.
We strive for all of our guest to enjoy themselves and be comfortable. Rates include daily catnip sprinkles. Guest can opt out of this service if desired.
Complimentary DAILY roaming time.
Every guest will have the chance to explore their designated room each day. All 7 rooms are constantly rotated throughout the day. We track and monitor to ensure no kitties are missed.
Your kitty will roam around the room there are staying in by themselves or with their sibling. They will have time to stretch their legs, play on our multiple cat trees per room and chase around a variety of toys available in each room.
Nail Trims($) + Basic Grooming.
Cats Castle offers the option for kitties to receive a nail trim during their stay with us. This service is an additional $15 per nail trim. Please be advise that the care and comfort of our guest is our focus. If a nail trim is requested we try our very best to complete it however, if your kitty is aggressive or extremely nervous we will use our discretion if a nail trim can be done.
Please be aware that we are not a grooming service. If time permits, we are able to perform minimal grooming to enhance your kitties stay with us. Minimal grooming may include mat removal, basic bum clean and coat maintenance. If your kitty is aggressive or extremely nervous we will use our discretion if grooming can be complete.
Complimentary Daily Basic Brushing.
Included in your kitties stay with us, one can opt in for daily brushing services. Please note we are not a grooming service. Brushing will be performed as long it furthers the enjoyment of our guests.
Cat Cameras ($)
For an additional charge of $6 per day you can have 24/7 access to watch and talk to your fur-baby while being away. Cameras can be accessed via smartphone, tablet or a desktop.

Complimentary Feline Vacation Photos.
Weekly photo sessions (as time permits) – care of kitties is our #1 priority. Photo’s are posted to our Facebook page in a weekly album. Typically posted on Thursdays.
Complimentary Bronte Go Transit Shuttle.
Transporting your cat(s) to and from Cats Castle Cat Hotel. Only available from Bronte GO. This service appeals to clients on the Go line! Please call ahead to arrange. This service is based upon availibity. Times will vary based on available staff.
Complimentary Report Cards.
Included in your cat(s) stay. Guests staying over 5 days will receive a personalize report card sent via. email after their vacation at our cattery.
