  • *Please note separation for feeding is unavailable during peak seasons.
  • *It is the owners responsibility to ensure their cat(s) are free of fleas. People sometimes think their cat is flea-free when they are not – even indoor kitties and or cats that live with a dog and/or go "out on the deck" can have fleas. Flea prevention is recommended for all cats all year around. Any outdoor cats must be on a veterinary approved flea treatment during flea season. We have Advantage that can be applied on check in ($20 per application).*

  • If you are planning on having someone other than yourself drop off or pick up your pet for this reservation, please give us the name(s) and phone number(s) to put on file.

    PLEASE NOTE : If we do not have this information on file, we will not release the pet to anyone other than the owner.

    What we need from you:
    - It is strongly recommended that you provide your cats food. If your cat eats a special food or is on medications it is best to bring an extra quantity.
    - Your cats food, pre-bagged in baggies, one baggy per meal especially if you mix different kinds and if precise volumes are critical.
    - Please label all foods.
    - Treats or anything your cat enjoys at home is appreciated.
    - Upon arrival, please bring your cat in with you, in a crate.
    - Come in and sign all the paper work.

  • In the event that my cat needs medical attention, I allow for Cats Castle to engage the services of a vet at my expense. Cats Castle will attempt to contact the owner or designated emergency contact in such an event. *
