Hi! I’m Jessie, one of the proud owners of Cats’ Castle Cat Hotel, and caring for animals — especially cats — has truly been a lifelong passion of mine.

With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in animal care and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding animal behaviour, health, enrichment, and welfare. About 7 years ago, I took over Cats’ Castle Cat Hotel, combining my professional background with my deep love for feline care to create a trusted, luxury cat boarding experience for families across Ontario.

Experienced, Professional Cat Care You Can Trust

When choosing a cat boarding facility, experience matters. At Cats’ Castle Cat Hotel, every aspect of our care is built around creating a safe, low-stress, and enriching environment designed specifically for cats.

My background in animal care and wildlife biology has helped shape the way we approach:

  • feline behaviour and comfort
  • stress reduction during boarding
  • environmental enrichment
  • proper sanitation and health protocols
  • individualized care for each cat guest

We understand that every cat has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and we work hard to ensure each guest feels safe, relaxed, and cared for during their stay.

A Lifelong Passion for Cats and Animals

At home, my passion for animals continues beyond the cat hotel. My children are growing up surrounded by cats and other animals, learning compassion, empathy, and respect for all living beings from an early age.

And yes — I proudly embrace the title of “professional crazy cat lady”!

For me, caring for cats is not simply a business. It’s something I genuinely love and feel deeply committed to every single day.
